UK Chinese dragon boat racing this year has attracted 40 teams in 2023. The racing game is organised and managed by a professional company to guarantee that the racing is fun and fair. Building on the success of previous years, we will be showcasing highly entertaining dragon boat races, authentically traditional Chinese cultural attractions featuring Traditional lion dance, Chinese Shaolin Kungfu, Chinese folk dancing and a taste of traditional Chinese food like Zongzi and much more. It’s a truly wonderful day out for the whole family and a fantastic chance to experience authentic Chinese culture.

• From the second Dragon Boat Festival in 2013, a team from the Consulate-General of PRC in Manchester has been participating in the competition. • Ài>ÌiÀ >˜V iÃÌiÀ *œˆVi /i>“ >Ûi ܜ˜ Ì܈Vi >˜` w˜ˆÃ i` À՘˜iÀ‡Õ« œ˜Vi ȘVi taking part in the event from 2016. • In 2019, Wuhan and Manchester (Twin Sister Cities) police teams won the championship and runner up respectively. • In 2022, CSSA - Hull won the championship.
